One can never go wrong with a sweet, tangy herb filled marinade when it comes to a tender pork tenderloin!


1 Prime Natural Pork Tenderloin
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Lemon zest
3 tbsp Whole grain dijon mustard
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
2 tsp Fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
3 tbsp Butter, melted
1/4 tsp Ginger


1. Combine grated lemon rind, lemon juice, honey, whole grain mustard, red pepper flakes, thyme, rosemary, ginger, melted butter and a pinch of ground black pepper and salt. Keep 1/4 cup of the marinade for later.
2. Preheat grill to a medium-high heat. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or cooked throughout. Let rest for 5 – 10 minutes before cutting.
3. Brush with 1/4 cup of marinade before serving.
