|Salt and pepper|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Butter|
|1||slice Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Uncured Baked Ham, chopped|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Tomato, diced|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
|1/4 tsp||(1 mL) Chopped fresh basil|
HEAT a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
BEAT eggs with water, salt and pepper. Melt butter in the skillet and pour egg mixture into the pan.
COMBINE the remaining ingredients and when the surface of the omelet is set but still creamy, spread on half of the cheese. Gently fold the omelet in half to cover the filling. Cook for several minutes longer or until the cheese has melted. Slide onto a serving plate and serve.
