About this Recipe

For those who love the iconic japanese food - sushi - but can't stand to eat raw fish. This is also a very healthy recipe!

1 Pkg seaweed wraps
1 pre-made BBQ chicken
1 stalk of celerey
1 carrot
1 avocado
1/2 cup shredded wheat
1 sweet bell pepper
3 cup sushi rice
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce

Cook rice according to package directions, allow to cool. Meanwhile, cut up all veggies and chicken into thin match sticks. Break up shredded wheat into small pieces Mix in rice wine vinegar in order to make rice sticky and then add soy for some flavor! Lay out seaweed and evenly spread out the rice over it. Add rows of veggies and chicken then roll up nice and tight. Cut in half then each half in half and so on to achieve 8 pieces of sushi per roll. Congrats you can now make sushi!
