|4 oz||cream cheese|
|1 cup||cheddar cheese|
|2 tbsp||hot sauce|
Cut broccoli into chunks.
Boil broccoli in a pot on the stove.
In another pot, add cream cheese and cream.
Melt cream cheese until it has blended with the cream.
Add mayo and blend the mixture evenly.
Add parmesan and cheddar cheese, followed by hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Continue to stir until all ingredients have melted and combined evenly.
Drain broccoli and serve with cheese sauce on top.
