By using prepared ingredients, you can have this home-style comfort food on the table in 15 minutes. So savoury and delicious!


2 tbsp (30 mL) Butter
1 (8 oz/250 g) Mushrooms, sliced
1 (400 g) Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Strips
1 Baguette, halved lengthwise and cut in half (about 6” (15 cm pieces)
2 cups (500 mL) Prepared chicken or turkey gravy
1/4 cup (60 mL) Chopped green onions
1 cup (250 mL) Cranberry sauce


HEAT butter in a large skillet over medium-high. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown. Add chicken and continue to cook until heated through.

DIVIDE the turkey and mushroom mixture between the four slices of baguette.

HEAT the prepared gravy in a small saucepan. Pour gravy over turkey and mushroom mixture; sprinkle with green onions and serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
