1 Pkg Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Extra Lean Minced Turkey
3/4 cup onions
1/2 cup red peppers
1/2 cup yellow peppers
1/2 cup zucchini
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp garlic minced
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt


Put some oil in a large pot and heat on medium, add minced turkey and cook until begins to brown. Add onions mix together with turkey and continue heating for 2 min. Add garlic and heat for 2 more minutes. Fold in all other ingredients - can of tomatoes, red peppers, yellow peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and tomato paste, season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper and let simmer for 45 min.
