About this Recipe

Every year I make a small garden, throughout the summer, fresh ingredients are a must! Even better when I know where the ingredients are coming from! Use as much home grown veggies as you can, it'll taste better and save you money.

3 slices of Maple Leaf Ham
1 baby cucumber
1 leafy lettuce
1 stalk of chive
1 slice of onion
1/2 tsp of mayonaise
1/2 tsp of mustard
sprinkle of dried hot peppers
1 bread of your choice ( I like Brizzolio Hamburger Buns)

Slice up your cucumber, onion, chive and wash the lettuce. Spread mayonnaise on your bottom bun, and mustard on the top bun. Place the ham, then the fresh veggies, and you're done! This is the perfect dinner to end they day, as it is light and refreshing!

Fast, light, and perfect dinner for those hot summer days! Plus using home grown veggies are a must!
