easy holiday ham omelet
|2||slices of maple leaf smoked ham slices|
|1/4 cup||chopped green bell pepper|
|1/4 cup||chopped red onion|
|1/4 cup||chopped tomato|
|salt and pepper|
|1/2 cup||shredded marble cheese|
Chop the ham into little pieces, and mix it in a bowl with the bell pepper, onion, tomato, and cheese.
In another bowl, break the 4 eggs and beat until well mixed, season mix with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add a bit of oil to the pan. pour in half the egg and swirl to coat the pan. while the egg is still runny sprinkle on half the veggies/meat mix on half of it and then flip over half of the omelet. let cook for another min or so and remove from pan. repeat for 2nd omelet, enjoy!
