|213 g||Canned low-sodium salmon, well drained|
|60 ml||Celery, chopped|
|15 ml||Plain Yogurt|
|15 ml||Light Mayonnaise|
|15 ml||Fresh basil, chopped|
|Fresh ground pepper to taste|
|2||to 4, Leaves Boston lettuce|
COMBINE salmon, celery, yogurt, mayonnaise, basil and pepper in a bowl.
DIVIDE mixture evenly on 2 slices of bread.
TOP with lettuce and remaining bread. Serve immediately or pack in a lunch.
FOR A CHANGE : Replace mayonnaise with the same quantity of softened light cream cheese.
