Sick of your traditional tuna sandwich? Try making this scrumptious Salmon Sandwich instead by combing flaked salmon, fresh celery, creamy mayonnaise and basil to taste!

Ingredients

4 Slices DEMPSTER’S® WholeGrains™ Ancient Grains/ Bon Matin® GrainsEntiers® Ancient Grains
213 g Canned low-sodium salmon, well drained
60 ml Celery, chopped
15 ml Plain Yogurt
15 ml Light Mayonnaise
15 ml Fresh basil, chopped
Fresh ground pepper to taste
2 to 4, Leaves Boston lettuce

Directions

COMBINE salmon, celery, yogurt, mayonnaise, basil and pepper in a bowl.

DIVIDE mixture evenly on 2 slices of bread.

TOP with lettuce and remaining bread. Serve immediately or pack in a lunch.

FOR A CHANGE : Replace mayonnaise with the same quantity of softened light cream cheese.
