Ham Dinner, ready to eat in 15 minutes.
|2 cups||Schneiders® Olde Fashioned Fully Cooked Smoked Ham, cut into bite sized pieces|
|3 tbsp||Olive oil|
|1/2||Head cauliflower, cut into florets|
|1||Red pepper, diced|
|1/2 tsp||Salt and pepper|
Heat 3 tablespoons of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the cauliflower red pepper and ham. Season with the paprika, salt and pepper. Cook until browned, 10 to 12 minutes.
