This is a hearty soup that can be a meal in itself but makes a great side.
|1 cup||penne pasta|
|1 Pkg||frozen italian meatballs|
|24 oz||chicken broth|
|1 can||white beans|
|1 cup||frozen peas|
Rinse white beans and blend half a can with water. Set others aside. Cook pasta until tender and Drain. Meanwhile sautee onion and carrots for 5 minutes then stir in peas and cook on medium heat for one minute. Add chicken stock and white bean puree and bring to a boil. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Would go great with chicken caccitore
