|3||Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts|
|2 cups||Superfood Coleslaw|
|6||Whole Wheat Tortilla Shells|
|2 tsp||Velata Coriander Herb Artisan Rub|
|1/3 cup||Velata Smoked Gouda Cheese|
|Pepper to taste|
|2||Sliced Roma Tomatoes|
1)Slice chicken breasts into 1/4" thick strips, toss with Coriander Herb rub and pepper, grill on Raclette, or in frying pan (no oil needed).
2)Place a tortilla wrap on plate, lay a bed of Superfood coleslaw*, followed by a layer of cooked chicken breast, then drizzle melted Smoked Gouda cheese over chicken. Fold wrap as pictured and serve with a side of Superfood Coleslaw and sliced Roma Tomatoes.
*Superfood Coleslaw can be purchased prepackaged or make yourself. Can also substitute for normal coleslaw)
1 cup each of Broccoli, Kale, Purple and Green Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Brussel Sprouts all chopped fine and tossed together. Add 1/4 cup Cranberries and 1/4 cup slivered almonds. Toss with 1/4 cup poppyseed coleslaw dressing. Prepare salad at least 30 minutes before meal and refrigerate till ready to use.
