If you are looking for healthy and tasty dinner ideas, learn the simple art of stir-frying! Stir-frying is a fast way to cook and in addition to being quick and easy, stir-frying is also healthy. Vegetables retain more nutrients than if they were boiled. Since stir-frying requires only a small amount of oil, the fat content is low.

Ingredients

1 Pkg Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Chicken Portions ( 4 pack)
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Baby corn
1 cup Peppers
1 cup Green Beans
1 Pkg Stir Fry Mix
1 cup Brown Rice
1 tbsp oil

Directions

Prepare rice as per instructions on box.
Heat pan with cooking oil.
Cut chicken into small cubes, add to hot pan, stirring often.
Wash and cut vegetables, add to pan when chicken is cooked.
Prepare stir fry mix, add to pan, mixing well.
Serve stir fry on a bed of rice.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed as tomorrow’s lunch.
