Looking for a quick and easy lunch? Not only is this Dempster’s® Tortilla wrap healthy it will fill you up!
Dressing | |
.5 cup | (125 mL) Greek yogurt |
Juice of 2 Lemons | |
Salt and pepper | |
1 | Clove garlic, minced |
2 tsp | (10 mL) Tahini |
1 tsp | (5 mL) Honey |
2 tbsp | (30 mL) Olive oil |
Pinch cayenne | |
WRAP: | |
4 | Large Dempster’s® Original Tortillas |
2 | Maple Leaf® Prime® Naturally Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and sliced |
3 cups | (750 mL) Torn Romaine lettuce |
2 tbsp | (30 mL) Pine nuts, toasted |
DRESSING:
MIX all ingredients together in a small bowl.
WRAP:
SPREAD each tortilla with 1 tbsp (15 mL) of dressing. Top with chicken, lettuce and a sprinkle of pine nuts. Drizzle with additional dressing. Roll each wrap tightly, folding in the ends. Secure with a toothpick if required.
