Looking for a quick and easy lunch? Not only is this Dempster’s® Tortilla wrap healthy it will fill you up!

Ingredients

Dressing
.5 cup (125 mL) Greek yogurt
Juice of 2 Lemons
Salt and pepper
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tsp (10 mL) Tahini
1 tsp (5 mL) Honey
2 tbsp (30 mL) Olive oil
Pinch cayenne
WRAP:
4 Large Dempster’s® Original Tortillas
2 Maple Leaf® Prime® Naturally Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and sliced
3 cups (750 mL) Torn Romaine lettuce
2 tbsp (30 mL) Pine nuts, toasted

Directions

DRESSING:
MIX all ingredients together in a small bowl.

WRAP:
SPREAD each tortilla with 1 tbsp (15 mL) of dressing. Top with chicken, lettuce and a sprinkle of pine nuts. Drizzle with additional dressing. Roll each wrap tightly, folding in the ends. Secure with a toothpick if required.
