4 Large Dempster’s Original Tortillas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp siracha hot sauce
2 cups Boston lettuce
200 g Black Forest Ham
1/4 cup peeled, cored, finely diced pineapple
1/4 cup finely sliced roasted red peppers


In a small bowl mix the mayo and siracha until blended. Set aside Lay a tortilla on a surface and spread 2Tbsp siracha mayo over the whole tortilla leaving a one-inch border. Put ½ cup Boston lettuce along the bottom. Top with 50g ham (approx 2 slices), and 1Tbsp each of pineapple and roasted red pepper. Fold in the sides and roll up. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
