Hawaiian hot dog with pineapple mustard

Ingredients

1 tomato
1 mango
1 avocado
1 red or white onion
4 Schneirders country naturals hot dogs
2/3 pineapple
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
4 hot dog buns

Directions

heat grill to medium high or if doing in over set to 325 degrees and place rack on baking sheet. Cook hot dogs for 5-6 mins, turning once.

Meanwhile add pineapple, mustard, olive oil and garlic to food processor and pulse until smooth.

slice mango, onion, tomato and avocado. Place hot dog on bun and top with pineapple mustard and toppings
