Delicious ham, sweet pineapple and a spicy kick with Jalapeno cheese make this quesadilla a family favourite.


4 Flour Tortillas
2 tbsp Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup Thinly sliced Schneiders fully cooked ham, cut into chunks
1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
1 1/2 cups Jalapeno Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese


Place tortilla in a nonstick pan and spread with 1 tbsp of light cream cheese spread evenly on tortilla, leaving a bit of space around the edges. Top with 1/2 of the ham, 1/2 of the pineapple, bell peppers, and cheese. Top with the second tortilla.

Cook over medium heat for approximately 2-4 minutes or until slightly browned. Remove and let cool for 2 minutes before cutting into triangles.
Continue with next tortilla.
