Delicious ham, sweet pineapple and a spicy kick with Jalapeno cheese make this quesadilla a family favourite.
|2 tbsp||Light Cream Cheese Spread|
|1 cup||Thinly sliced Schneiders fully cooked ham, cut into chunks|
|1/2 cup||Crushed Pineapple|
|1/4 cup||Green Bell Pepper|
|1/4 cup||Red Bell Pepper|
|1 1/2 cups||Jalapeno Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese|
Place tortilla in a nonstick pan and spread with 1 tbsp of light cream cheese spread evenly on tortilla, leaving a bit of space around the edges. Top with 1/2 of the ham, 1/2 of the pineapple, bell peppers, and cheese. Top with the second tortilla.
Cook over medium heat for approximately 2-4 minutes or until slightly browned. Remove and let cool for 2 minutes before cutting into triangles.
