coconut lime mayo gives this a nice twist.

Ingredients

1 Dempsters English Muffin
3 oz ham
1 slice of pineapple
2 tbsp mayonaise
1/4 tsp coconut extract
1/4 tsp Lime juice

Directions

Toast English muffin. In a small dish combine mayonnaise, coconut extract and lime juice. Spread both sides of English muffin and assemble with ham and pineapple.

Notes

Make up extra coconut lime mayo and keep in the fridge if you don't want to make it up separately each time.
