These little bon bons deliver great flavor wrapped in a crisp and light phyllo
|1 Pkg||(450 g) Schneiders® Juicy Jumbos Original Wieners, cut in half|
|24||sheets of phyllo|
|1 cup||(250 mL) butter, melted|
|1 cup||(250 mL) grain mustard|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Havarti cheese, grated|
PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees.
LAYER 3 phyllo sheets lightly buttering each sheet.
CUT into quarters.
LIGHTLY spread with grain mustard, sprinkle with about a heaping tablespoon of cheese and hot dog.
ROLL tightly and cinch the ends so they flute out.
REPEAT with remaining ingredients.
BAKE for about 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown and hot dogs have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
SERVE with additional mustard for dipping.
