HamEggCado English Muffin Sandwich is made up of ham, egg and avocado that tastes creamy delicious.

Ingredients

1 English muffin
2 tbsp butter
1 egg,
3 slices of ham
4 slices of avocado

Directions

1. Spread 1 tbsp. butter on each half of muffin leaving a fingernail size for ramekin.
2. Lightly grease the insides of a ramekin dish with a bit of butter. Break egg in ramekin and whisk lightly to break the egg yolk. Microwave on high for 30 seconds until puffed and cooked.
3. On bottom half of muffin, place ham, egg and avocado. Top with other half of muffin and enjoy your HamEggCado English Muffin Sandwich.
