A tasty ham-stuffed potato which takes a few minutes to make
|1 cup||Schneiders® Olde Fashioned Fully Cooked Smoked Ham, cut into bite sized pieces|
|1/4 cup||Grated cheddar cheese|
|1/4 tsp||Black pepper and salt, to taste|
Wash potatoes, insert holes with a fork. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, until soft.
Cut open the skin on top of the potatoes, and scoop out the potato into a small bowl. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste, and mix. Stir in ham pieces.
Stuff potato jackets with potato-ham mixture. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Microwave for 1 minute, until cheese is melted.
