|2 Pkg||175 g Schneiders® Olde Fashioned® Smoked Ham Steak|
|2 cups||frozen peas, thawed|
|1 cup||parmesan cheese, grated|
|1 tbsp||garlic, minced|
|1 cup||cherry tomatoes|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
Heat grill to medium high heat
Place peas, cream, parmesan and garlic in a food processor. Blend on medium high for 2 to 3 minutes or until pea mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon puree into a pot and gently heat over low heat.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add cherry tomatoes. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes stirring constantly until tomatoes just start to blister.
Grill ham steak 3 to 4 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
Save any leftover pea puree and serve with crositinis for a snack.
