|2||175 g Schneiders® Olde Fashioned® Smoked Ham Steak|
|1 cup||ligonberry preserves or your favorite fruit preserve|
|1 cup||natural cherry juice|
|1||box instant stuffing|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
Heat grill to medium high heat.
Prepare stuffing per package directions and set aside to keep warm. Bring preserves and juice to a low simmer for about 7 to 8 minutes. Liquid should be reduced by half and the mixture should be slightly thickened.
Grill ham steaks 3 to 4 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
Toss arugula with oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
