About this Recipe

This power brunch sandwich is made with a thick slice of Maple Leaf ham and lots of fresh ingredients that are all sandwiched in a flaky croissant.

Ingredients

1 thick slice of Maple Leaf Country Kitchen ham
1 croissant
3 slices of tomato
1 slice of mozzarella cheese
3 slices of English cucumber
2 tsp butter

Directions

Prepare the ingredients ready. Slice the croissant horizontally but not all the way through. Spread butter on both sides. Place ham on the bottom, followed by cucumber, cheese and tomato. Place the top on and enjoy your Ham Croissant Sandwich!
