My version of a Cobb salad.
|100 g||Maple Leaf cooked ham, cubed|
|100 g||goat or feta cheese, crumbled|
|2||eggs, hard boiled, cubed|
|1||medium tomato, cubed and drained|
|10||stuffed green olives, thickly sliced|
|2 cups||lettuce, chopped chiffonade|
|1/4 cup||prepared creamy dressing|
On two plates, divide lettuce and arrange as a bed. Add remaining ingredients except pepper and dressing in lines on top of the lettuce. Finish each plate with 2 tbsp dressing and a sprinkle of pepper.
