Sometimes I add steamed broccoli and Parmesan cheese to this recipe.
2 | Maple Leaf Ham slices(thick) |
2 cups | Tortellini fresh, with cheese |
2 | Garlic cloves pressed |
4 tbsp | Olive oil |
.5 tsp | Salt |
.25 tsp | Pepper |
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Cut up two thick slices of ham into cubes and brown in a pan over medium heat. Add tortellini to water and boil for 8 minutes. Put garlic and olive oil in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Drain the tortellini and add it, and the olive oil to the ham. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Simple to make and very tasty.
