About this Recipe

A hint of orange zest and the crisp colourful pepper topping on this whole grain ham and Swiss sandwich adds a uniquely delicious twist to an old favourite.


1 tsp (5 mL) Orange zest
2 tbsp (30 mL) Mayonnaise
2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard
1 tbsp (15 mL) Honey
4 Wholegrain rolls, split
4 Leaves green leaf lettuce
4 Slices Swiss cheese
1 (175 g) Package Maple Leaf® Delifresh™ Black Forest Ham
1 Yellow pepper, sliced in rings


MIX together zest, mayonnaise, Dijon and honey in a small bowl.

ASSEMBLE each sandwich by spreading honey mustard topping evenly on cut sides of the split rolls. Place lettuce, cheese, ham and peppers on each sandwich.
