This dish is also delicious served cold. So, if you have leftovers, cover and put it in the fridge for another time.
1 | Maple Leaf Ham slice (thick) |
1 tbsp | Cooking oil |
.25 cup | Italian salad dressing |
.25 | Red pepper |
.25 | Green pepper |
.5 | Onion |
1 cup | Rotini noodles |
.25 tsp | Salt |
Pepper to taste |
Put 3 cups of water in a pot. Add salt and dab of butter. Set to high. Add rotini noodles. Bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. While the noodles are cooking, cut up the ham, red and green peppers and onion. Mix together. In a pan, heat oil and then add the ham mixture. Fry on medium-high heat until browned. When noodle are cooked drain them and then add to pan with ham in it. Add salad dressing and mix together. Place in serving bowls and add pepper if you desire.
