This classic Ham and Mushroom Omelette is sure to awaken your taste buds!
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Cooked mushrooms|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Schneiders® Country Naturals® Uncured Baked Ham, cut into strips|
|1||Green onion, chopped (reserve dark green for garnish)|
|Salt and pepper|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
WHISK egg, mushrooms, ham, onion, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
HEAT a non-stick skillet to medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray and add egg mixture. Cook until almost set and add grated cheese. Remove from heat and using a soft rubber spatula, gently lift one side of the omelette and fold over. Slide onto a plate, garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
