I love ham and egg with toast for brunch or anytime. It's fast and delicious!


1 slice of Maple Leaf Country Kitchen Ham
1 egg
3 tbsp butter
2 Dempster's whole grain bread
2 strawberries


Heat 1 tbsp. of butter in a frying pan on medium heat. Crack an egg and cook on both sides for about a minute each side. Slide off onto plate. Place the ham in same pan and fry for about a minute each side until lightly browned. Slide onto same plate.

Meanwhile, make toast and spread 1 tbsp. of butter on each. Place onto place and garnish with strawberries.
