A classic ham and egg sandwich that's perfect for a holiday lunch meal.
|1||slice of Maple Leaf Country Kitchen Smoked ham|
|2||slices of bread, toasted|
|2||slices of tomato|
|1||leaf of lettuce|
Toast bread and spread with 1 tbsp. of butter per toast. In a small fry pan, heat 1 tbsp. of butter and pour beaten egg to make a small omelette. After 1 minute, flip egg to cook the other side for another minute until cooked. Place on top of one toast. Add 1 tbsp. of butter in pan and place ham to brown for about a minute. Flip it over to brown for another minute. Place on top of egg. Add lettuce and tomato and the other piece of toast to make sandwich. Enjoy your classic Ham and Egg Sandwich!
