A quick way to make your everyday breakfast special.


1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1 (5.5 oz/156 g) can Maple Leaf® Flakes of Ham (drained and flaked)
4 large eggs beaten
freshly ground pepper
4 tomato slices
4 Dempster's® English Muffins, toasted
4 cheddar cheese slices


HEAT olive oil in a medium-sized non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add flaked ham and cook until lightly browned.

ADD eggs to pan and stir until they have set, about 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper if desired.

TOAST English muffins. Place a cheese slice on the bottom of each muffin.

DIVIDE egg and ham mixture between the muffins. Place tomato slices on the egg and cover with the top half of the English muffin. Serve immediately.
