Great use of any leftover ham from the holidays in making this delcious Ham and Chicken Lettuce Wrap.


1 cup diced Maple Leaf Country Kitchen Smoked ham
2 chicken breast meat, diced finely
8 white button mushroom, diced
1 medium carrot, diced finely
1 medium onion, diced finely
12 12 - 16 iceburg lettuce outer leaves
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame seed oil


In a hot skillet pan, heat oil, sauté onions, carrots and mushrooms to cook for about 10 minutes. Add diced chicken and stir fry fro about 5 minutes. Add in ham and stir fry for 3 minutes to incorporate and to ensure chicken is fully cooked. Stir in hoisin sauce and sesame seed oil and incorporate to combine. Place the filling in a deep dish. Serve with lettuce and allow everyone to make their own wraps by placing about 2 - 3 heaping tbsp. of filling topped with a few cilantro leaves. Roll lettuce leaf to make a wrap.
