A hearty lunch option that is easy to make for any weekday!


1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp (30 mL) salsa
1 tsp (5 mL) prepared yellow mustard
1 (5.5 oz/156 g) can Maple Leaf® Flakes of Ham (drained and flaked)
4 Dempster's® Tortillas (plain or spinach flavoured)
.25 cup (50 mL) chopped green onions
.25 cup (50 mL) finely chopped cucumber
.5 cup (125 mL) finely chopped red pepper
3 cups (750 mL) baby spinach leaves (stems removed)


COMBINE cream cheese, salsa and mustard in a medium bowl.

ADD flaked ham, green onions, cucumber and red pepper. Stir to combine.

DIVIDE mixture among 4 tortillas and spread evenly. Top with a layer of spinach leaves and roll tightly.

CUT in half crosswise.


TIPS For easy entertaining, slice each roll crosswise into 1/2-inch (1 cm) pinwheels.
