1 (175 g) Package Schneiders® Country Naturals® Uncured Baked Honey Ham, diced
1/2 cup (125 mL) Ready prepared salsa
1/2 cup (125 mL) Roasted red peppers, cut into strips
2 tsp (10 mL) Canned jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
2 cups (500 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese
4 Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas
2 tbsp (30 mL) Butter, divided
1 cup (250 mL) Mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 mL) Sour cream
4 tsp (20 mL) Lime zest
4 tsp (20 mL) Lime juice


MIX diced ham, salsa, roasted red peppers and jalapenos together in a small bowl and set aside.

PLACE ¼ cup (60 mL) of the grated cheese on half of each of the tortillas. Divide the ham and salsa mixture equally between each tortilla. Top with the remaining cheese and fold the tortilla in half.

HEAT ½ tbsp (8 mL) of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. One at a time cook the quesadillas until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Allow to cool slightly. Cut into wedges and serve with dipping sauce.

COMBINE all of the ingredients in a small bowl, Mix well and set aside
