easy to make! would be great served with bacon as well.


2 eggs
1 tsp milk
salt and pepper
1/4 diced Maple Leaf Ham
1 tsp shredded swiss cheese
1 tsp minced onion
1 tbsp chopped tomato
1 tsp butter


In a small down, whisk egg and milk until frothy, season with salt and pepper. Preheat a frying pan to medium heat, and melt the butter in it. Add in egg and swirl pan to coat the bottom, Wait about 30 secs and sprinkle on the rest of the ingredients. Let it cook for another minute or so, until the egg is almost set, then fold it over on to a plate. Serve hot!
