Traditional ham and cheese sandwich done in a new way.
|1||Dempster's sun dried tomato large tortilla|
|100 g||deli sliced ham|
|50 g||deli slice Cheddar cheese|
|1/3 cup||alfalfa sprouts|
|1 tsp||course mustard|
|dash of fresh ground pepper|
For each tortilla, heat tortilla on your grill. Spread mayonnaise and mustard over whole tortilla. In the centre of the tortilla layer the ham, cheese and sprouts. Add dash of pepper and wrap while still warm.
To serve, slice in two
For dinner, serve with fries.
Use the course mustard preferably, it has a different taste than the ballpark yellow mustard, it tends to be spicier.
