|10||Dempster’s® Original Small Flour Tortillas|
|2||Packages Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Uncured Baked Ham|
|2 tbsp||Melted butter|
|1/4 cup||Grated Swiss cheese|
|1 tbsp||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|1/2 tsp||Prepared mustard|
|Salt and pepper|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
TRIM woody ends from asparagus spears and place two on each tortilla along with a slice of ham. Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Roll each tortilla and place, seam side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 15 minutes.
MELT butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour; gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to stir until thickened. Add cheese, mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes longer.
Serve over ham and asparagus rolls.
