200 g slices of Maple Leaf precooked ham
4 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 slices Dempsters whole grain bread
50 g grams cream cheese room temp
fresh ground pepper


Set out cream cheese to warm. Cut 50 g into slices to speed up.

Spread a teaspoon of oil in two skillets, in one brown ham slices while eggs cook. Sprinkle fresh ground pepper and a little turmeric. Second skillet brown tomato slices.

Toast bread and spread with cream cheese. Cut into soldiers.

To serve, divide into two plates and sprinkle a little basil on the tomatoes.
