|200 g||slices of Maple Leaf precooked ham|
|2||slices Dempsters whole grain bread|
|50 g||grams cream cheese room temp|
|fresh ground pepper|
Set out cream cheese to warm. Cut 50 g into slices to speed up.
Spread a teaspoon of oil in two skillets, in one brown ham slices while eggs cook. Sprinkle fresh ground pepper and a little turmeric. Second skillet brown tomato slices.
Toast bread and spread with cream cheese. Cut into soldiers.
To serve, divide into two plates and sprinkle a little basil on the tomatoes.
