About this Recipe

The bagel is bursting with flavour; add ham, egg and buttery avocado, cheese and spicy pickled pepper. Delicious!

Ingredients

1 Country Harvest™ Everything with Garlic and Onion Bagel, split
1 tbsp (15 mL) Light whipped salad dressing
2 tbsp (30 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese
1 Hard-boiled egg, sliced
1/2 Avocado, sliced
1 - 2 tbsp (15-30 mL) Chopped pickled banana peppers
3 Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Smoked Uncured Black Forest Ham

Directions

ASSEMBLE brunch bagel by spreading whipped dressing over the cut side of each bagel half. Layer the bottom half with cheese, egg, avocado, peppers, ham and the remaining bagel half.

Serve with an ice cold Pepsi® and Tostitos® Multigrain Tortillas.
