This is a great recipe that can be made in 15 minutes using a diced ham, or diced leftover ham
|2 cups||diced ham|
|1 cup||diced onion|
|1 Pkg||pre-made alfredo sauce|
|1 Pkg||spaghetti or fettucini pasta|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Stir frequently until soft.
Meanwhile, in a large pot boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Combine Ham, onion/mushroom mixture, and sauce with pasta.
