Healthy and quick meal faster than a pizza and is surprisingly filling.
|156 g||can Maple Leaf Flakes of Ham|
|150 g||Feta cheese|
|1||kiwi thinly sliced|
|croutons or soda crackers|
|1/4 cup||poppyseed dressing|
|200 g||fresh spinach|
Drain and flake the ham. Crumble feta cheese.
Wash and clean spinach and spin dry. Divide into two large bowls and sprinkle on ham and feta. Toss lightly. Add two tbsp dressing on each bowl. Arrange some kiwi slices and sprinkle on some croutons or crushed soda crackers.
