This is a great way to use leftover ham and it's a one casserole cleanup.
|3 lbs||potatoes - sliced thin|
|1 can||mushroom reduced fat soup|
|2 cups||leftover ham|
|2/3 cup||shredded cheddar cheese|
spray baking dish. Add 1st 3 items in order. Sprinkle with pepper. Add shredded cheese and top with leftover ham - either slices or cubes.
Bake 2 hours and uncover for last half hour.
