About this Recipe

Simple and delicious. Creamy Brie, smoked ham, arugula, ripe tomatoes and garlicky herbed aioli on a toasted sesame bagel.

Ingredients

HERB AIOLI:
3 Cloves garlic, minced
½ cup (125 mL) Mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) Chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, dill, thyme)
HAM & BRIE BAGEL:
4 Dempster® Sesame Bagels, lightly toasted
Softened butter
1 (175 g) Package Country Naturals™ Smoked Uncured Black Forest Ham
6 ounces (175 g) Brie Cheese, sliced
2 Tomatoes, sliced
Arugula
Salt and pepper

Directions

HERB AIOLI:
COMBINE all ingredients for aioli and set aside.

HAM & BRIE BAGEL:
ASSEMBLE sandwiches by buttering the bottom half of each toasted bagel. Top with ham, Brie, tomatoes and arugula. Season with salt and pepper. Spread bagel tops with aioli and place on top of each sandwich. Serve immediately.
