1 ball of Mozzarella di Bufala
2 roma tomatos
1 package fresh basil leaves
4 slices of Dempster's WholeGrain bread
2 tbsp butter


1. Slice Mozzarella di Bufala into 1 cm think slices
2. Slice tomatos into 1cm thick slices
3. Wash and then pat dry the basil leaves.
4. Butter the bread and layer the basil, cheese, and tomato on it and top with another slice of buttered bread and repeat.
5. Cut bread into quarters and enjoy!
