Maple syrup, Dijon mustard and fresh herbs infuse Prime Turkey Scaloppini for a quick and healthy entrée.

|2||Cloves garlic, minced|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Olive oil|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Dijon mustard|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Maple syrup|
|Salt and pepper|
PLACE turkey in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Seal bag and gently massage marinade into the turkey. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
PREHEAT BBQ to medium -high. Lightly coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
REMOVE turkey from marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill turkey for 2-4 minutes per side or until nicely browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
