2 slices Dempster's Whole Grains Canadian Century Grains bread
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

4 slices aged cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup whole milk
1 tsp fresh Thyme-chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 grape tomato-garnish
1 slice English cucumber-garnish
1 wooden skewer

Directions

Whisk egg, milk, salt, pepper, and fresh chopped thyme together in a shallow medium dish. Spread mustard on one slice of bread, add turkey, cheese and the other piece of bread. Place a skillet on stove top and add butter, heat up on low-medium. Carefully place the whole sandwich into egg mix, and turn over until completely covered with mix. Take off heat, slice in 1/4's, place a wooden skewer through all 4 sandwich 1/4's to hold the together and add a cucumber and grape tomato on top for a garnish.
