A great recipe for when your rushing kids out the door to an activity. Loaded with nutrition and totally portable.
|2||slices whole grain bread|
|4||slices Maple Leaf Prime Cooked Chicken Strips|
|2||slices real cheddar cheese|
|1 tbsp||black beans|
Layer one slice of bread with cheese slice, add 3 to 4 slices of Maple Leaf Prime Chicken, then add tomatoes, black beans, avocado, salsa and then final slice of cheese. Top with final slice of bread. Lightly butter or brush outside of bread with olive oil before placing in panini press.
