Smokey grilled ham slices are layered onto sweet grilled pear, a perfect combination!
|1 Pkg||(175g) Maple Leaf® Country Kitchen Smoked Ham slices|
|2||multigrain bagels, split|
|1 cup||(250 mL) arugula|
|2 tbsp||(15 mL) Dijon mustard|
|1||large pear, cored and sliced|
PREHEAT grill to medium high heat.
GRILL ham slices and pear slices about 1 minute per side or until heated through.
LIGHTLY toast bagel on grill.
SPREAD 1 tbsp each of Dijon onto the base of bagels.
DIVIDE and layer ham and pears followed by arugula.
TOP with remaining bagel slices.
SERVE with a side of sea salted kettle chips
