About this Recipe

This is a favouite with our family.
I serve with lettuce salad and sometimes a pasta salad.

Ingredients

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 salmon servings

Directions

Mix oil, soy sauce and brown sugar together.
Place in a ziplock bag along with salmon.
Marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Heat grill to 350
Grill 8 minutes on each side.
Serve with lemon and/or tartar sauce.
